E-Link is collaboration between the Entrepreneurial Signature Program (ESP) and the Entrepreneurial Development Network (EDN). The Dayton Region ESP, a State of Ohio Third Frontier Program, is a $22.5 million program to assist start-ups, small entrepreneurial companies, and existing technology-based companies commercializing new technologies. EDN is a group of over 25 entrepreneurial assistance organizations that provide services to small businesses and entrepreneurs, with a mission as a network to educate entrepreneurs about the services available in the Dayton Region, educate each other about services and programming provided and refer clients to the most appropriate service providers, quickly and efficiently.
